FW30B Facial Tissue Wrapper is a machine intended for the middle bag facial tissue wrapping.
1. Controlled by motion controller. 7 sets of servo power system. User-friendly. Allow flexibility in operation. Accurate locating. Smoother running.
2. The unique patents of clamping material to enter bag structure solve the problem of material feeding during packaging small packs of paper.
3. Low energy consumption. The rated power of the whole machine is not more than 15KW and the normal production power is not more than 10KW, which is far lower than similar products at home and abroad.

6. The equipment has a unique automatic material arranging mechanism, which can realize the fast switching of single and double row product packaging specifications, and the design is convenient for maintenance.

9. The heating control adopts a unique constant temperature sealing control method to ensure that the sealing is smooth and perfect.
10. The photoelectric sensors from Omron or SICK ensure stable detection.
11. Bag supply method: Equipped with 2 bag stores (one is operating, and the other is standby). Each store can store a maximum of 400 bags. Machine does not stop during bag feeding. When the pre-made bags in a bag store are used up, the standby bag store will be automatically in operation.
12. Each cylinder action, suction action, heating action can be set manually or automatically in the touch screen.
13. The total gas source is equipped with an independent gas storage tank, and the total gas source pipeline is connected with a φ12mm pipe. When the machine is normally stopped, the blowing mechanism used by the machine should be automatically turned off. Unable to turn on when the air pressure is insufficient.
14. Using a combination of a large air volume blower and a high power large flow fan, the bag feeding is accurate, the bag opening rate is good, and the suction molding effect is good.
